In Q4, there were 5 retail transactions, which is only half as many as in Q4, 2019. The number for sale has remained fairly stable for the past three quarters. Pricing has dropped slightly after holding steady for the previous five quarters. This presents an excellent opportunity for the buyer, as inventory is ample, and there are fewer buyers at this time.
The Falcon 2000EX EASy market continues to be extremely tight. Q4 2020 averaged only seven units available on the market, which is one more than Q4 2019. There have been seven sales in Q4, which is more than double from a year ago. After holding steady for several quarters, this aircraft had a moderate price drop in Q4. This is an excellent market for both the buyer and seller, as activity is good with low supply and softening pricing.
The Falcon 2000LX market remains steady, with between six and eight units available for sale for nearly eight quarters. In Q4, there was an average of seven aircraft available, which is the same as Q4 2019. There were four sales in Q4 2020, which is three more than Q4 2019. After holding steady for three quarters, there was a moderate price decline in Q4. This would be a good time to purchase a Falcon 2000LX. There is still ample availability, and pricing has softened.
