Challenger 300 values continue to rise, but inventory is climbing as well. There are now 25 listings in this market, up from 21 last quarter. 5.6% of the active fleet is listed, the highest level since Q4 of 2024. As expected, activity has slowed after an active year-end that produced 21 sales, with 11 sales occuring during Q1. However, these 11 sales exceed any other first quarter going back multiple years. Even with a few more listings, prices continue to climb, Marking the fourth consecutive quarter of rising values. With strong demand and increasing prices, this is still a great time to sell your Challenger 300.

Challenger 350 inventory remains low as we head into the second quarter of 2026. There are only seven listings in this market, representing just 1.7% of the active fleet. Inventory has been depleted for more than a year now, which has buyers scrambling for quality options. This lack of inventory is starting to affect transactions, with just four Q1 sales taking place, the fewest since Q1 of 2024. It’s no surprise that values continue to rise, up nearly one million over the past year. With strong pricing and limited availability, this is a great time to sell your Challenger 350.

G280 inventory has bounced back after getting depleted during Q4, but values are still climbing. There are now 17 listings in this market, up from 11 last quarter, but equal to Q3 of 2025. 5.4% of the active fleet is available for sale, which matches the highest level in more than three years. Like many markets, activity slowed during Q1, but this year’s four transactions aren’t too far off from the start of 2025. Values continue to claw their way back after softening during the first half of last year. With more options for buyers, yet strong pricing, this market is balanced for buyers and sellers.

Inventory has risen for the first time in more than a year in the Embraer Super-Mid space. There are currently 13 listings, up from 10 last quarter. There still isn’t an over-abundance of options, as just 3.1% of the active fleet is listed for sale. Demand remains strong, with Q1 producing 12 sales, more than any quarter in recent years. Rarely do we see a market produce more sales in Q1 than the prior quarter, but these Embraer markets continue to gain popularity. Values continue to surge, with prices on average 10% higher than a year ago, with the Praetor 600s surging 15% or more over the past 6 months. With growing demand and surging values, this market remains red hot for sellers.
